Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Most items start at 500 units, but it depends on the product. Send us an inquiry with your quantity and we'll confirm.
Can I get custom sizes, prints or finishes?
Yes — almost everything is made to order. Use the Design Your Own studio or tell us your spec and we'll quote it.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on material, size, finish, print and quantity. Every product is quotable — you'll get a firm price within one business day.
What are your lead times?
Typical production is 1–3 weeks depending on the run size and finishing. Rush options are available on request.
Are your materials really recyclable?
Yes. Our cartons, bags, cores and sheets are made from recovered fibre and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
